Researching food processors and I see here that 2011 sales put Tyson at #2, up from #4 on 2010 sales. They're only $7.3B behind Pepsi with almost $31B in food sales.
I find it remarkable how Tyson grew and made the acquisitions they did. Did Tyson have sweetheart contracts with Wal*Mart and grew along with that phenom? Crazy how this little area is home to 2 giant corporations.
