He has got less aggressive and less athletic since he has got on campus. He does this little kick flip layup from 3 feet away that irks the shite out of me. He's damn near 7 foot tall, just dunk the mother fricker.

Yep, almost every time he will end up shooting the ball a few feet farther from the basket than where he caught it.
My biggest problem tonight, though, was his defense.

Michelson isn't ebing developed properly. Our entire post play (footwork, blocking out and even entry passes) is not being developed or improved upon.
That is coaching.

Who was coaching Big O, Dwight Stewart, Darnell Robinson, Lee Wilson etc?
Did they just have superior talent, it didn't seem that way.
I can't think of a dominating inside force since maybe Derek Hood and he was undersized and roamed to wing a lot. Heath recruited a lot of height but I couldn't call them dominating or bruisers. Just seems like there's some basic center fundamentals he's not improving on. Gotta seal the defender off, make your presence known and finish with aggression and authority.
Inside play has eroded across almost all levels of basketball imo.
