What was mike shulas record at bama year by year....talking to a bama fan at work who is saying shula never won 10 games in a season....Tia

And our administration in their infinite wisdom decided that was worthy of an extension and raise. Cost themselves 4 million to fire him a year later.

2005 he went 10-2... that's the year Prothro broke his leg....my brother blocked for Prothro at Cleburne County High (Heflin)....I watched him from a freshman in high school up until that point...very sad day.

Our last head coach, that actually coached a game, to not have a 10 win season was Whitworth in the mid 50s. The coach before Bryant. If you exclude Whitworth, I think it goes back to before Wallace Wade around 1920ish.

Maybe but if Prothro and the starting center never got hurt, they might have run the table.
