TCU
Florida
Texas A&M
Georgia
Alabama
Mississippi State
Ole Miss
Arkansas
Auburn

People keep saying that LSU fans keep griping about the schedules. I am pumped about LSU's schedule. The Tigers will be deep and loaded next year. They return something like 16-18 starters and 36 or so out of the 44 in the 2 deep. This is a championship caliber team with a schedule that will have them in the spotlight week in and week out. It is great for recruiting and for a general level of excitement.

I am very confident that Les will have them ready to play. LSU always plays to the level of their competition anyway, so it is good to get the challenge. Being tested will just make the team stronger.

I'm looking forward to it. Bring 'em on!

Should They run that schedule.....they are on the G.O.A.T. short list pending the last 2 games of the year.

It was. A score short against UF and UA. Only one team can win ATL. There were about 6 teams capable this year, congrats to UA for being the one to get it done.

Hard to go 9-3 with that schedule. I only see 9 games.

Probably not beating Florida and Bama next year. Should beat A&M, but if both of their OTs return AND Moore, yeah it's a tossup.

We tend to be championship caliber teams regularly.

Also, 52 seconds away from being there this year.

What the?

Who thinks that LSU next year will not be championship caliber? That simply means that they are capable of contending. It doesn't mean they are guaranteed to win. I am just saying that they will have a good team and have a shot. Am I mistaken or is LSU ranked in the top ten to finish the season this year? They were a good team but fell short. Same could happen next year, but they will have a shot at it.

Bama will be a toss up and I'm not sold on UF yet.

We played awful against them.

LSU will be more experienced as we are not losing many players to the draft. They were also the 2nd youngest team in the SEC (behind UK) IIRC

No you won't. It's Bama's conference for the near future. Accept it and move on.

You dumb bro? We shite our pants in a game where we statistically outplayed Alabama, and we laid an egg in the Swamp. If we had the team we thought we'd have going into the season (Faulk, Mathieu, Blue, etc.), we could have very well won either of those games.

That's how it goes though in this conference. A few plays here and there is all that separates a handful of SEC teams from being in the title game this year.

No. You are thinking of what Bama's record would be if they ever had to play more than 2 tough games a year.

LSU will get it done. Florida and A&M are both at home. LSU does well in Bryant Denny and LSU and Georgia are a toss up in Athens. TCU is a win and LSU will be favored in the rest.

I don't see 3,4, or 5 losses there the way some hope. But, even if LSU does go 9-3, I will at least know they were tested instead of playing pansies every week so they could try and slip into Atlanta.
