I could easily see Tennessee fielding an Oregon type team except with better defense and more size on the line.

Ground and Pound is what Tennessee football is all about. and it's been that way for 100 years.

I see nothing wrong with that - coupled with a stingy defense it can win a ton of games.

Tennessee football has been grounded and pounded into the dirt.

Try something different.

Because they don't have a coach?

Dooley had all-freshmen O-line when he arrived in 2010. and no RB. plus Dooley doesn't know WTF he is doing. offense & defense.

Tennessee will be back. Ground and Pound. You run downhill, you take their will, you make them quit. Tennessee football. V,B

is there an offensive power in the East? I guess you could argue Georgia. If I'm Tennessee, I might go with a wide open spread or something. Might be a change could help them hire someone. (Oregon's Offensive coordinator? I don't know just throwing it out there)

Whoever gets the UT job should have a good team next year.

I don't think Tennessee will hire two straight guys out of La Tech. Think they're looking everywhere they can for someone else
