Is who we need to go after. I hope someone who works in the AD watched that game. That is a football coach.

I haven't watched any football all day. What are you talking about?

ETA: is that the guy that's 49-37 in his career?

He could get a lifetime contract at NW right now. Don't think he'd move.

And I don't want him.

Is overall record the only thing that should be taken into consideration.? If so Les Miles and Nick Saban say hello. There records at previous schools wasn't that great either. He's coaching at a school that is impossible to succeed at. Hes been doing what James Franklin has been doing only longer.

Thats a good record considering Northwestern's all time win/loss record is 489 wins/622 losses.

Northwestern has been a respectable program over the past couple of years.. much like Vandy, it isn't the same program that it was 10 years ago.

His record should be worse than that considering we beat them 3 or 4 times in the bowl game.

Wildest bowl game I've ever watched. There was a replay of it on tv not too long ago and we couldn't help but watch it again.

I don't remember what it was, but I remember them getting s few very generous penalties that kept giving them more tries at the end of the game.

I think Ben Tate fumbled when we were trying to run the clock out. I also think Demond Washinton fumbled at midfield on kickoff. It may have been an interception though.

I was there in person for that one. We fumbled twice right at the end of the game when we had it in the bag. And even then they needed a BS horsecollar penalty call when one of our guys sacked their QB and stopped their final drive in order to tie us and send it to OT.

Neiko Thorpe was so horrible that game.

Well get used to second tier coaches. Has Auburn ever had a home run hire? NO!! And I expect the same as long as these goons are running the show.

Yep!

I think that was his one good play all day. I think Kafka threw like half his TDs on Neiko at least that day.

If you would've told me during that game that Neiko Thorpe would make the game winning tackle AND be on a 55 man roster in the NFL three years later I would've laughed till I cried.

Not to mention that we would manage to somehow win a title the next season after watching that terrible pass defense in general. All my friends and I just looked like the Jags fan for most of the 4th and OT watching our pass coverage.
