The only way for it to happen is and all SEC BCSNCG. If the top three teams all lose would it happen? UGA/ Bama winner in BCSNC vs another SEC team? loser of SECCG to the Sugar Bowl?

It's not allowed, unfortunately.

It could happen.
Alabama/Georgia vs Florida in the BCSCG
LSU/Texas A&M/South Carolina with an at-large bid.

Only way a conference can get 3 teams in BCS games is if two non conference champs make the BCSNCG and the conference champ goes to the BCS bowl with the champ tie in.

No, it's not allowed
It's why we were in the Cotton Bowl last year and not the Sugar

THere is an obscure way of it happening. It was discussed last year as the season was winding down but I can't remember the scenario.

ain't gonna happen. It's pretty darn unlikely that even 2 of the top 3 lose a game. All 3 losing would just be absurdly unlikely.
As a Bama fan, I have accepted that a BSCNCG berth is out of reach.
