Bama and AU fans, Zach Cunningham

Have any of you been seeing anything on this kid out of Pinson Valley? He just got evaluated by Scout yesterday and got the bump from NR to a 4 star OLB. Looks a little under weight but from all I have heard the kid is an outstanding athlete and has a sense for tackling. Sounds like he may be about to get offers from AU, UA, among others. What say ye?

Never heard of him TBH. According to his profile page the only SEC school to offer him is Tennessee. Bama doesn't have room for him anyway. We took a ton of LBers last year and lead for a few elite guys in next years class. If State can swoop in and pull then congrats.

Yeah it sounds like he is holding out hoping for an Alabama offer, has offers from UAB, UT, USC. Apparently us, AU, and Vandy are showing some interest as of late.
ETA: Scout doesn't have an offer from USC but he says he does in his interview so don't know what the deal is there.

Bama is aware of him, they just started evaluating him. Everyone overlooked him, Dooley saw 3 minutes of him and knew he was getting an offer(Dooley seems to spotlight players for Bama's staff). Bama invited him to A&M next week.

Just watched his video. He looks like he has a nasty mean streak. However, he is light as hell. It would take 3 years in our S&C program to get him up to handle the pounding of the SEC. I wouldn't mind taking him as long as we get something out of him down the road.

He has great read skills especially against the run, he is light, but tall so no doubt it would take a yr but he could add a nice bit of muscle mass

I go to school with him. Use to talk to him about this stuff all the time. If bama offers he will definently go there. And yes he is a beast.

What about Auburn? I assume UAB probably is higher on his list than AU

Got wrecked against Oneonta (4A #1 team) but he Definetley has potential.

He is a bama fan but if auburn offers and bama does not he would probably have them highest on his list. But as far as I know right now he only has two offers,UAB and wester Kentucky
