While it is unlikely. What would the BCS rankings of MSU and Bama look like respectively? I am going with 5 and 6.

It could happen. Nobody is unbeatable. We heard all last year how LSU was likely the greatest college team ever. Then on a "neutral" site just a few minutes from their dorms LSU gets dominated from beginning to end in the championship game.
