Why isn't anyone talking about LSU vs aTm?

I know that aTm and LSU used to be a big rivalry game. This was before my time though. I'm not interested in scores and records. Have any of you been around long enough to remember when aTm was relevant and were our rivals?
I want to hear some stories about what made this a great rivalry.

My favorite story is most of the 1 and 1's were all in B.R.

When I was a young kid falling in love with college football, I remember some really good Aggie teams running all over LSU. In the late 80s, early 90's, we beat you like a drum. We were something like 6-1 during the last 7 years of the series, until LSU breached the contract and backed out.
Obviously, the last 15 years or so have been tough years to be an Aggie and great years to be a Tiger. We'll see what the next 15 look like! I'm glad we'll be playing again!

because after a commanding 2 point win at home, over a team who has a history of playing flat the week following a big win, the rantards automatically believe LSU is on top of the world again, thusly will destroy any opponent.
