I find it interesting that our beat writer hasn't really been reporting on this. He's either gonna drop a big article or story, or there's nothing concrete to report.

I don't remember our beat writers reporting on Cam Newton too much. They mainly recycled AP stories. Most of the hard-hitting investigative reporting came from national outlets.
