Alabama insiders, is Page visiting LSU this weekend? I read on our board that he may be or he was at least invited. He looks like a very solid prospect. Any info would be appreciated

He may be. But since he is still taking visits, he is considered to be a soft verbal by recruiting sites standards

The kid sounded pretty syked and solid about Bama to me but you never know with these kids. I will just chalk it up to a visit planned before the Bama offer/commit and just hasn't been confirmed to not be showing up. Also have to consider the source of the info. Not exactly one of our trusted insiders.

Soft commitment is standard for any player who is committed to a school, but still looking around. Doesn't mean much, all it really means is that the player is still talking to other coaches and taking visits, but he could still be a lock for Bama.
Last year Avery Johnson was a soft commit for us, but he mainly went on other visits to basically recruit for LSU.
