I would believe it...except that pot brownies and normal brownies don't exactly taste the same...so i think it depends if he ate the whole thing

Don't buy it. If it was only one time, he likely wouldn't have failed a test. Especially when you consider his physical shape, and the amount of exercise he does.

Probably had this excuse in his back pocket.

I dont, and here's why. Outside of the story sounding ridiculous, there's no way he could have failed from eating brownies once. There was 2 weeks in between him eating the brownies, and the test, correct?

One huge myth about marijuana is that if you smoke it once it will stay in your system for 4-6 weeks. That's just not true. If you smoke just once, marijuana can be in and out of your system in days, no more than a week. If you're in good shape(like Rambo) it can be out in a couple of days. Now if you smoke everyday and stop, then yes it can take 4-6 weeks.

I know this because I did my experiment with it. My SR year at UA I was a huge pothead. Now I always smoked, but my senior year I had to take tons of hours, and study 24/7. That meant no going out and partying all the time. So I smoked instead of drinking. My gf at the time was doing an internship with what they call "drug court" in Tuscaloosa, and she would drug test people. Every once in a while she would pocket a few of the test. Long story short we found out if she smoke on a friday, she would test herself and be clean by monday. She only smoked once a month, and it was in and out of her system within 3 days. Again, this is the drug test that the state of AL would use.

So to sum it up, there's no way that brownies provided a high enough level of THC for Rambo to fail the test, he had been smoking before that.

How did he know that "he got high"? Hmmmm.
