South Carolina hires two new assistants

ST coach Joe Robinson formerly of LSU and North Carolina and Linebackers coach Kirk Botkin. Someone from Arkansas please tell me Botkin was a good hire because I am SMH over this one. This guy is a TE/ST coach in HIGH SCHOOL.....

Your telling me. Apparently a high school ST/TE coach in Texas. He played TE at Arkansas and worked their in 2008-2009 as DE coach

I seriously doubt that this is the most qualified guy that we could find. Either ole Lorenzo Ward is trying to get his buddy paid or we are trying to be cheap. Either way

This. He was on Petrino's original staff at Arkansas but was let go after two years. Coached with Lorenzo Ward the one season he was on the staff so I imagine that's the connection.
