serious question, when IS the last time you played a non-conference (regular season) game outside of the state of FL? I couldn't find one going back to 1998...did I miss one?

For whatever reason the Gators just don't think they should have to travel in non-SEC games.

I wish Bama would start playing in-state non-conference games. why give a shite ton of money to an out of state school when it could be kept in state?

Well, we've gone 20 years without doing so.....so I guess we don't have to.

Haven't read responses yet but from my experience Gator fans will respond with the FSU argument. "well, we play FSU..."

If you can avoid it, good for you. SEC schedules are death row as is. No need to add to the pain by traveling for bowl games.

7 that I can think of... & if you're paying for a win anyway, why not pay your smaller in-state schools? just doesn't make sense to me. Florida has the right idea IMO.

They skeered. Just like dropping the U when the U started hitting them too hard.
