What sucks is that Alabama fans get equal access to tickets in the Superdome while LSU fans were limited to less than 10% of the tickets to the game in Bryant Denny. It would be nice to have the game played with Alabama limited to the SEC visitors minimum number of tickets for a true LSU homefield advantage.

Have you ever been to one in the Dome when LSU is playing in it? It's the loudest venue on earth when it's rocking. The Saints vs Pats game in '09 was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. Louder than any 10 games I've ever heard in Tiger Stadium. It won't be at that level because they'll be more visiting fans but that place holds noise like it's nobody's business.

regardless of that fact - the Dome is more of a homefield advantage than Tuscaloosa - regardless of the number of tickets, its still gonna be a home game, essentially, for you guys.

Pretty damn loud in 92 when we whipped the Canes. My ears rang for 2 days.

This is brilliant insight. Both teams will have to basically operate with hand signals and silent counts the whole game. LSU fans will be more numerous and louder, but it's basically going to be loud the whole game.
