where is gameday setting up

Not sure, but I would assume in the plaza area between the Dome and Philips Arena. I can't think of another area around the Dome that has a large area for the pit and all that wouldn't impact either vehicle or pedestrian traffic.

i am curious too, headed downtown from my home in gwinnett at about 5:20 am to park and then find gameday
