A lot of people, including myself, said that the outcome of that game would determine who deserved to play. That was the game, we won, frick off bama.

Yeah, but that is because we are the premier program in the conference, and one of the top 3 in the country all time.

And they'd be bitching just as much as LSU fans are. It's an odd situation but once it becomes official next sunday all of this will die down, and the focus will turn to the game.
Any Bama fan who doesn't understand exactly where an LSU fan who is anti rematch is coming from is an idiot or just delusional.
By the same token any LSU fan who says they wouldn't be arguing in favor of rematch in the other situation is fooling themselves.

I'm just trying to put myself in their shoes. If we lost one game to the #1 team in OT, then I'd make a claim that we are clearly the #2 team and deserving to go. Bama deserves it with the current system. The problem that I have is the fact that they don't have to win the SECCG.

It may not really be begging, but it has a tendency to come across that way when the only objective measure that puts Bama above OSU is quality of loss.
Bama certainly LOOKS better when you watch them, but when that's all you really rely on it sounds a lot like begging.

1. No I do not think so, I would not humiliate our team or myself that way - because I would know we had already LOST our chance
