Why I feel good about an LSU win on Nov. 5th...

Because we beat them last year when they had a Heismen trophy winner/Pro stud RB and a much better QB/WR/all-around better offense and the same defense...while LSU had a very anemic Offense compared to this year.

It just seems like so long since weve had a dominant defense AND a very capable offense but weve still played Bama tough every year. But I refuse to get my hopes up

Bama's o-line is much better in run blocking than last year and the defense has experience whereas last year they had 9 first year starters. Those are the biggest differences in this year's team over last year's.
That said, it'll be a tough game. Whoever wins will definitely have to earn it.
