I know it will most likely be the CBS game. Does CBS still hold the 4pm CT time option? Or will the remainder of their games be at the 2:30pm CT since they used their priimetime slot already?

A college football game that is building up into a epic proportions TV sports show at Alabama against the Crimson Tide on November 5th, LSU vs Alabama. I would think that a 7;30PM EST on CBS Is a good bet.

I'm sure they were concerned with taking the LSU-Bama game as the primetime game with LSU's September schedule and the possibility in the beginning of the year with having a 2 loss LSU team in the primetime slot. I really wish they had a flex scheduling option for their primetime game. However the only other appealing game on Nov 5 is USCe and Arkansas.
