coached the worst game you have ever seen?

With possibly the best running back in the nation, they continue to throw and give Lattimore just 17 carries? That QB for South Carolina is just bad, really bad.

SOS must have wanted Richardson to leapfrog Marcus in the Heisman race. Mission accomplished.

You realize we shut him down dont you. He got most of the 60 yards he had on one carry. He was ineffective which is why he didnt get more caries. Third game in a row we played the run on them and put it on Garcias shoulders. Its a true method of beating him.

last year, the same BS was said about the game. CSS coached bad against us. He got out coached and his team got outplayed.

Props to Auburn for having the right defensive gameplan and executing it . . .

. . . but yeah, the HBC shat the bed. Since he's been at USC, we have not had the offense everyone expected -- not even close.

It's insane considering the playmakers we have. The offense is dull, simple, and predictable. Spurrier's tendencies are so locked in, it is super easy to defend our offense.

Throw in poor QB and WR coaching; no adjustments; sloppy offensive mistakes; abysmal clock management -- it's just bad. We've known of these problems for years -- and we certainly saw this coming with Garcia's regression this season.

There was a remark (from Spurrier) that Vandy had figured out our sideline playcalls -- so they were going to change them up for Auburn. I'm thinking maybe SOS never quite got around to that -- or maybe we are so predictable it doesn't matter. If Bubba in the stands knows the next play, I reckon even Ted Roof can figure it out as well.

I just have one thing to say. Toss sweep... Auburn knew we were going to run the zone read up the middle, and they really keyed on it big time. Their defenders were crashing in, and we didn't even try to keep them honest by trying to run outside. An offense with as many playmakers as we have shouldn't be so terrible. I think that has to do with scheme more than anything.

I have to agree with you. Too many play makers on this SC team. Playing an Auburn defense. 'Nuff said. As we watched this game, it was apparent that Garcia has to be one of the most inconsistent SEC QBs we have witnessed in some time. I just think with Lattimore you keep feeding him the ball. Kind of like with Richardson last night against Florida. The guy is all world and I will never believe Auburn could continue to stop him. Sooner or later he's gonna brake one...or two. Shame on Spurrier. Just sayin'.

It's surprising. Mississippi State comes out and craps on themselves, then South Carolina pretty much does the same thing. I'm going to have to give Auburn some credit on this because you would think these two teams would have a chip on their shoulder for what happened to them against Auburn last year, then even more than just the extra boost of playing the defending national champion. But both of them just really played undisciplined against Auburn and that's a lot of what got them beat. And that is coaching. Take away just a few of the foolish blunders and it's a win. In fact, I would say both Merlins and Ole Balls both coached about their worst - maybe ever - against Auburn this year. We'll see how this plays out, if it happens again down the road during this killer stretch Auburn is facing. It should be interesting, especially this weekend against Petrino.

Well put. I happen to think Auburn is a mediocre team at best and has been very fortunate going back to the Utah St. game. I will give props to Auburn for pulling these games out, but really agree that they are fixing to get their feelings hurt when they start playing the better teams on their schedule.
