LSU has scored at least 40 points in 5 of last 6 games

I know the focus has been on the lack of offense, especially the passing game. Now we havent lit up the passing yards statistics, but we have played well recently. We have pounded the ball and played solid defense.
We have however put up some points in the last few games. Going back to last season, LSU has scored at least 40 points in 5 of the last 6 games. We have scored 40 or more points in the last 3 games we have played. 2 of those 5 games was against a quality opponents, so it hasnt been against just the powderpuffs.
vs ULM 51-0
vs Ole Miss 43-36
vs Ark. 23-31 (Loss)
vs TA&M 41-24
vs Oregon 40-27
vs NWst. 49-3
Thoughts...........

You have also given up more than 24 points to every BCS opponent in that time frame. You have scored a lot of points because you have need to score a lot of points because your weak defense has given up a lot of points.

nah a&m really wasnt that good last year and well we crush in bowls. our o has looked better this year and looked great in the 2nd half last night
