Why is Joan Cronan being "pushed out" as womens AD as well?

What the hell is that about? This is a very capable and wonderfully mannered woman who has run a Women's AD department splendidly. I surely hope this was truly her desire because if it's a case of chauvinism, there should me major outrage.
And to think, an Alabama guy to lead Tenn? What a colossal mistake - they must really hate Fulmer and Cronan. You need someone in that position that bled Orange BEFORE getting a fat contract - not god damn after.

Cronan is retiring. She is staying on as the women's AD until July anyway to ease the transition into one AD.

I couldn't care less. Hart was an assistant AD. Most of the Alabama fanbase was split on his actual impact at Alabama. My biggest beef is an Alabama grad, leaving a position at Alabama, for of all places, Tennessee.
