Its true, but the UGA fans will tell you otherwise. Richt would never over sign and "encourage" a transfer to a non-essential player.

Logan talked about transferring last year when he realized he was not in the running for QB, and honestly I thought he would. Supposedly a great athlete, but we've never really done much with him. He came on as a WR this past year but again not too many touches and I think that sealed it.

I know and Richt talked him out of it. He should have let him go last year.
