Disgruntled Bama Fans

This was in the "sound off" of the Press-Register paper out of Mobile this morning. It is a call in column, headline was "SEC conspiring against Bama".
"Heads should roll. Accountability should be taken all responsible for making the schedule for Alabama-from South Carolina to Auburn-and given all those teams two weeks of preparation. There should be accountability. Legal action should take place. Some should be fired and all should be fired. (yep that what it says) This needs to be discussed a whole lot more. This is a conspiracy.

I felt sorry for us. Why is no one talking about how we have to play Bama when they're coming of a bye week? That doesn't seem fair.

What I want to know is why does Bama get the week off EVERY year before they play LSU? Sounds like a conspiracy to me!

Tell them LSU will trade with them if they play Florida every year and we don't. We almost beat Alabama even when they had 2 weeks to prepare prior to the injuries.

But doesn't that balance out when they let Dre Kirkpatrick rape SC's receiver (and her still catches it with one hand and goes in for the score)
...and when Bama hasn't been called for a holding penalty since Mike Shula.

SEC has changed the rule just for bama because Little Nicky whined so much. Starting next year, no school can have more than 3 open date opponents on their schedule. I am not sure how they can enforce this but...

if they want to talk conspiracy then they should look at the officiating they got last year because i think they were the only running team in the country that never got called for holding...it is too funny that they are complaining about games that have not even been played yet.....if they beat some of these teams by 20 instead of 30 would it really matter about the week off.

They've put their bye week right before we played them for three of the last four years. The only year they didn't have a bye before they played us was 2007, when they played Arkansas St. the week before.

In a report filed with the Columbia PD Alshon Jeffery stated "His hands was all over me and his team mates egged him on and kept referring to him as the 'Octopus'". He also requested that similar folks in his situation be fore warned in other college towns.
