Will Bama's Success Propel Auburn to a BCS National Championship?

Auburn seems more motivated then I've ever seen them. They have a new coach who was dumped on when hired more then any other I've ever seen. He seems to be a man on a mission to beat Bama at ever turn. In state recruits are signing with Auburn over Bama. Will it bring Auburn to new heights and a NC?

Has it helped Texas A&M that Texas is doing well?

Did you not listen to the shite that was said about Saban after he was hired?
CG was dumped on for his head coaching record, but when your record is 5-19 what else would you expect...honestly..

He better be whether its him or any other Au coach. It was one recruit, Bama already has two commits from kids ranked higher lets not make more of one commit than need be. Oh and to be fair they did take the number 1 player out of LA and finished higher than LSU in all 3 recruiting polls correct.
Perhaps you should think before you post. You didnt think this one out well enough

Interesting question. Last time Bama won the MNC ('92), AU went undefeated the following year.
Course Bama started their "revolving line of probation" that is still going strong today after the '92 season as well.

To answer the question, Bama's success will help AU become a stronger program without a doubt. It is already happening and happening fast.

Surprisingly, this a good thread TenTex.

Seeing as home Bama got most (all) of the elite in-state players, I think your initial statement is targeted at upsetting bammers, rather than making a valid point.

I don't know about a MNC, those are hard to come by. But I do think Bama's success will push Auburn to be better. The players and staff at AU are going to be motivated to stop Bama's "dynasty." A lot of people like being the ones who take down the top dog.

I dont know about new heights or a NC, but yes, our success will cause them to be more successful. They should be thanking us for winning a NC.

You are a dumbdumb. Alabama just signed 6 of the top 10 in-state recruits and Auburn signed 3, yet according to you these same recruits are choosing Auburn over Bama. But please don't let the facts get in the way of your opinion.

Irony. Tell me again. Why did that '93 season not count for shite again?

How do you figure this. Per Rivals Auburn got 5 of the top ten players in the state, with Bama only getting 4. UF got the other one.

How many of those 5 were top 100 players nationally? How many of the 4 Bammer got were?
Now do you understand?
