The Ole Urban Meyer discipline question

I know some people blame UM for the arrests and stupid things Florida players do OFF the field and that is debateable as to if he should be held responsible. With that being said, I bring to you things the UF players do on the field. The last game against FSU a UF player scored a touchdown and proceeded to throw the ball into the stands during the blowout. Also Spikes punted the ball after scoring on a pick six last year in the LSU game. Does anybody else find this extremely selfish. I dont know of many other programs that let their players do these type of things. Sure it may happen once in a blue moon, but with UF it seems to be a happening fairly frequent. Thoughts?
EDIT: A Good point was brought up in another thread about UF jumping on the eye at LSU. To me that is just complete disrespect starting with the head coach. For him to allow this and other ON-field antics to continue is just ridiculous.

Spikes' punt was pure emotion from a pick 6.
Hernandez, while his actions were selfish, was celebrating his last TD in the swamp. Still a bad idea.
Carlos Dunlap - pure foolishness to put your partying needs before the needs of your entire team.
I don't get it. Why can't these kids either A) stay out bars or B) have someone drive them. It makes no sense.

This is something that only UF fans would understand i think for the most part.
It has happened a few times before when a Gator reciever scored their last Touchdown in the Swamp as a Gator against UF. This was kinda sad to see this year though since he is only a Junior.
Spikes punt into the endzone isnt a big deal. It was all emotion. Ive played ball i know how it is you get so pumped that you cant help some things. I mean thats not really that big of a deal come on grow up.
But no Dunlap is just ridiculous....there is no excuse.
And come on jumping up and down on the field....really? ya'll still gonna cry about that?
