When the hogs returned to the field after 1/2 time,several were carring hammers.Why?

Just like UConn bringing the Jersey, Miami wearing the fatigues on the plane, and lunchpail for Virginia Tech. Its a physical reminder for the mental image you are trying to present.

Not so sure it really did fail. In Petrino's first year once they were behind (exception of LSU) the game was over. Rerally it has been that way in Arkansas since Holtz. So they did make it close and take a lead, so it really didn't fail.
