he didn't have a good angle on the ball with its spin he backed out to let someone else get it in the line behind him and what he did was give it to Laffell.
The funny thing is Nutt's aggressive defense is killing them and has kept LSU in this game.

I think McCluster did the right thing... the ball was kicked hard and he didn't have a good angle... it was just one of those plays where it just hits a guy perfectly...
