friendly wagers

I know some of us make 'friendly' wagers on here from time to time. Well, dont make any wagers with Roughneck. I made a wager with him regarding Michigan reaching a bowl this year, and it doesnt look like he's gonna pay up. I know an agreement over the internet has to be taken lightly to begin with, just dont want anyone to make the same mistake. He won't answer my emails or reply to me in any threads for the last 2 weeks
