Freeze is the most likely coach to give Ole Miss long term success. I believe he is the only coach that would stay more than 3 years. All the coaches talked about except maybe Spurrier, would bolt after having success, for a better situation.
I have to say, Spurrier has surprised me with his tenure at SC. I know he is paid well, but he seems content with SC. Maybe it's the year round golf.
I like our future with Freeze. I believe in a ten year span he wins as many as 90 games. In an SEC where a top 15 class is going to be 6-8 in the conference that's not too shabby.
Nothing helps recruiting more than having 3 Freshman All Americans and a Junior making All American. Recruiting is the difference between losing and competing. It will take this season and 2 more seasons of recruiting before Ole Miss has the talent to compete with the top of the sec.
We can start judging Hugh Freeze's coaching ability when his talent is more comparable to the elite teams in the SEC.
