Give up two TDs in the first quarter and drop pass after pass and miss tackle after tackle after tackle.

Everyone will come at Wommack but the truth is our coaching staff didn't have the team ready to play from the start... Hate it for Haynes and Benito... They put the entire D on their backs in the 4th.

God Bless John Youngblood but he just can't get off a block... He wouldn't start at any other school in the West but he plays damn near every down for us.

Even though he got his arse handed to him, I feel bad for Youngblood. That dude along with the two you listed were the only ones playing like they gave a damn.

Yeah. I appreciate that he's a good dude and the CM winner, but he's just not up to par with what we need.
Granted, he gives it all he can and i think I'd really rather see that than some guy out there that doesn't give a damn

Maybe we missed Taylor Polk on defense tonight?

We started Ray Ray. And Temorio played in the second half.

And Gates got hurt?

We didn't have a chance.

The RB that we had committed to us for a full god damn year had 130 yards against us... Note to self: Always sign 2 RBs... ALWAYS... What's that ? Yes .. We're going all in on Cam Akers... No other RBs... Just Cam.

^^^ He wouldn't have had 130 yards behind our offensive line against that Arkansas defensive line.

130 yards would be one of if not the best rushing performance against a d1 school since Freeze has been here.

That what I thought - Jones must be hurt.

Benito played a lot. And he did pretty well.

Our defensive line is a bit overrated.

Youngblood wouldn't start at any other school just like he wouldn't be starting at OM if not for injury of Brown. Guys act as if miracles are supposed to happen. I don't care if we had 8 weeks to prepare, Patrick Willis wasn't getting off that bus.

The truth is we have one SEC LB playing, our starting Strongside DE is done for the year. Our best CB is done for the year. Our experienced safety/husky backup is done for the year. Not to mention we have freshmen all over the field playing massive minutes. There is no scheme to correct the errors that take place. Reality is we have a young defense. Then add the fact that the strong point or at least we thought in the DL, hasn't really lived up to the hype outside of Jones and Haynes this season.

On offense at some point we have to stop blaming the OL. There were moments where Arkansas got pressure but that is going to happen in college fb. There were some lanes when we actually decided to run and Chad wasn't running for his life until the end of the game when Arkansas was able to pin it's ears back.

The truth is the strength of the team let the team down. We had two minutes and two timeouts to score for the win. We had a dropped pass at the sticks and a fumble. I counted at least 5 dropped passes on the night. Arkansas took our challenge and had one on one battles and we didn't win many on the outside.

Some games you just gotta tip your hat. Tough game on the road. The better team tonight won.

What HoustonRebel said. We got picked apart defensively and were out coached. Halftime adjustments weren't there and we tried to out athlete them on both sides of the ball and let all the pressure lie on our defensive line. I'm rewatching the game, now half sober. I'll melt some more in the next hour and a half but let's call a spade a spade.

Every game we've played could have turned out like this. We got dazzled with highlight reel catches over the past few weeks and this is what happens when our WR don't constantly pull rabbits out of their a-hole.

frick

arse

shite

I'm gonna start drinking again, this is unbearable.

This isn't 1999. The game has changed. Everyone gets scored on. How many 10-7 games do you see?

No one asked the receivers to pull rabbits out of their hats. They are the strongest unit on the team and we dare teams to take the challenge and play man to man coverage. We feel we will win those battles. The truth is last night we just didn't win those battles.

Dores, do you think Gross is carrying too much weight?

I don't think so. I saw him get thru a couple times. Just like much of the defense, we seemed be be guessing the wrong way each and every time with our stunts.
