I ran a 1/2 Marathon once....never do that shyiat again. Was in great shape, didn't train just ran it. Did really well (finished in top 10 in novice) but didn't realize my nipples would chafe and my lower body would feel like some guidos had gone to town on it with a Louisville Slugger...fricking ached for weeks!

There was a whole king cake in the break room today. No one was in there. Cut a fat arse piece, dropped it on my walk back. Went back in there, there were people. I didn't want to be that guy, so I settled for an above average slice.
