I was listening to the RebelGrove podcast earlier this week and I heard Neal say something that wasn't clear until now.
He was talking about the Hugh freeze press conference and how he hates them now because they are such a joke. Said some guys that aren't even journalists are out there now and it's just stupid. Guys that have a blog are asking stupid questions. And the local paper that covers ole miss.
I'm sure this was the type of question that led to Neal's statements on the subject.
You ask a question like that on the side. Not in front of cameras or in front of the rest of the people.

Freeze wasn't laughing at Rob smoking the bong picture, he's laughing at the audacity of this guy asking this question. "Come on man"
Anyone think someone would ask a question like this to Nick Saban.
We need a vetting process for media it seems, because any Joe Schmo with a blog or Twitter account gets to sit in on press conferences and make a mockery of the situation.

Rae sremmurd laid it down there, takes a lot of wit to spit out lyrics on the spot like that.
I'm not privy to rap beefs or who Ebro is but I listened to about 5 minutes and I was impressed.
I've sat in on some rap freestyle sessions before and 20 minutes without a script or cues is an eternity.
Kudos.
And caught a couple of the 662 references. Hope they can work with ole miss athletics again this year
. Free Concert ( paid by university) at the new Pavillion? Recruits like to see this commitment to entertainment on campus basketball or football

I saw one of the guys tweeting to Shea Patterson about coming to sremmFest.
Which I then had to look up
SremmFest in Tupelo this Friday-Sunday
Good to have them supporting ole miss.

Switched my cable & internet from Comcast to Cspire today. Getting much faster internet, no limit on data and a ton more options on cable (like DVR on all my TVs, ability to record 6 programs at a time, being able to store up to 500 hours of recordings etc...) for about $100 less a month. Plus I don't have to deal with Comcast anymore
