Yea the first time I went I mixed and matched, but I decided to stick to one group the last time I went. I liked it better mixing and matching so that's what I'm going to do whenever I go back

Anyone else listen to the RG podcast? I know it was out of necessity for today but is it just me or does Chase being on the remote call make the audio sound awful?

Have you had One and Only BBQ over there at Perkins and Southern ? What's the verdict on their ribs ?

First I'm hearing of it.
Payne's is the scale by which all BBQ is judged for me. I'll give it a shot though.

Doc Watson's has a decent plate lunch if you can stand the cloud of smoke... At Kirby and Poplar.

Went to Porcellino's Craft Butcher. Had their barese, squash & zucchini in basil pesto and homemade pimento cheese.
Plus I picked up a whole grass-fed/grain finished black angus bone-in rib loin to dry age and a whole birkshire pork belly to cure/smoke my own homemade bacon.

How does your wife handle your manliness?

I cured my own bacon once. It was scrumptious

Good question. Not bragging, but let's just say it usually requires both hands
