Madison is obnoxious in that respect.

I actually like that there is some continuity of architecture throughout Madison. Can't stand miles of strip malls without any planning. Plus, it adds a good touch of class while increasing my property values!

Nah I live in Rankin County between Brandon and Flowood but I work in Canton.

I take them 1.5 hour lunch breaks in Madison about twice a week.

I gained 40 lbs last summer/fall so I'm trying to lose all of that plus an additional 10 lbs. It was brutal adjusting to a office job. I've lost 20 lbs since March 9th though. I started intermittent fasting 2 weeks ago and I lose about a lb a day now.

I feel you bruda. Hurt myself pretty good last summer and put on 30 lbs not being able to do anything but rehab with rubber bands. I am over 40 so my metabolism is nothing like it used to be. Had to completely change my weight lifting to high reps with lower weights. I switched to a modified Paleo about 6 weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs. Need to loose 30-40 lbs and if I do I will be really pleased.

Talk about a terrible working combo for gaining weight.

I work in the office at a warehouse that warehouses Hershey fricking candy. Aka I have unlimited supply to any and all Hershey/Ferrero candy. Every desk in the office has a drawer filled with each persons favorite. So while I'm sitting around the office at 3 am and want a snack. What do I grab. Oh just a Reese's. No biggy. But my body has suffered a little bit. I have a good 20 pounds I can lose.

That's another thing I've learned about getting older: you have to cut the drinking to lose weight. I may have one vodka/water/lime or a glass of red wine per night, and maybe a couple extra on the weekends, but no beer, brown liquor, etc. And not eating past 6-7 p.m. helps a lot.

Yea once summer starts I'm going to try and lose about 30 pounds that I've out on since college started. May try to just go ahead and lose 50, but that might be too much of a weight loss for me. I still want to be healthy. I am always so busy that I just eat crap food and don't have time to exercise because of school. We need to start a rebels get skinny thread haha

How much do you even weigh like 170?

Thats a lot of weight to lose, 30 lbs?

I'm not an expert on bmi. Or anything but that seems like a lot.

You ever get that package?

I would OD on Ferrero Rocher. It wasn't until a few years after I tried some that I realized it was Nutella on the inside.

Get a box every Christmas, it's definitely Nutella ( hazelnut chocolate spread).

They've started to taste more processes to me now though.

Maybe I had a bad batch.

Do the admins even do anything anymore on tRant?

I mean tennessee fans are calling people cocksuckers and just raving on and on.

There are alters admitting they are alters.

The recruiting board is just one big flame contest.

I was banned for far less awhile back,

Not complaining about Our little corner, but damn it's just a free for all of trolling and dumb frickery on the main board and recruiting board

Nah I wish I still weighed 170. That's what I weighed about two years ago when I was my lightest ever. I'm probably up around 200 now so I'd like to get back down to 170. I'm not too stressed about it because I'm still young so I can lose it in a few months. I did get the shirts! Thanks again!
