two random things

1) was there ever any rap songs that referenced marshall? just feel like that would've happened

2) have to brag on future mrs. doc (kinda long so feel free not to read). she surprised me with ncaa football 14 back in the fall. Two days after getting it the dog bumped into the xbox knocking it over and scratching the disk where it wont play the game (will recognize the game on the main screen tho). fast forward to today. she realized/found out you can download a game to your hard drive and it will play the game from your hard drive if the game disc is in the xbox and the xbox recognizes it...so she suggested i borrow the game from a buddy and download it onto my hard drive then play it from my disc since the xbox recognizes the disc but won't scan to play the game itself..and the shite worked!

Mother's is wayy overrated, but yeah it's much better than Hard Rock. Mother's also has the variety you were looking for

Simple assault is merely an assault committed without a dangerous weapon.

Assault is the intent to create in the mind of a reasonable person that they are in imminent danger of being battered.

At its most simple form, simple assault is me punching at you and missing. It doesn't matter how you react, either. As long as an objectively reasonable person would deem the punch to create the imminent danger of a battery, it's simple assault.

Ran at whirlpool today. Women's cross country was out there running wearing cotton swabs and lip stick

just meant they weren't wearing much clothing haha (nike shorts and sports bras)...and yes most of them were rocking red lipstick..they know exactly what they are doing
