Well rivals and other sites had him anywhere from a 4.75-4.8 coming out of high school and JUCO. I have no idea how legit those times were. I always thought he was slow footed myself, but never imagined he was O-Lineman slow.

Bo does not and never did possess quickness in the backfield. He needed time to get going. Buchannan has always shown to be quicker.
When running the read option, the first three steps have to be quick. Regardless, the QB's x 3 should allow the offense to be run more effectively.
Also, I would like the stats on how many QB runs were made inside the red zone in 2012 vs 2013 and 2014.
When attempting to defend in the Red Zone, having to account for a running QB will open up some gaps or some throwing lanes.
I remember several inside runs by the QB, in the red zone where Bo and Brunetti were able to score, or gain susbstantial yardage to keep the chains moving.

Naked bootleg w/ Bo was one of our best redzone plays. Wallace's rushing attempts, yds, yds per carry, and rushing td's all declined while at OM.

What's wrong with Kincade?

My guess is that he spelled the name wrong. If not that, then no clue.

Coach Jackson posted a pic on Instagram of the top 10 Power Cleans from yesterday's max-out session. Robert was first with 355lbs. Fadol 2nd at 350. Most surprising to me was Stringfellow in 3rd with 340.

Where's the offensive linemen? They better be setting some squat records, cause it appears they are losing the upper body war.

I guess if you look at the net yardage of the plays they aren't all that impressive. But with more attempts it appeared the offense was more effective in 2012, eventhough the yardage doesn't prove that out.
And maybe the only reason there are more attempts is because there were more trips inside the red zone.
Thanks for the numbers.
Can't wait to see what the offense puts together this season. I do like the fact defenses will know very little about our QB's when they step on the field. I think that helped Bo quite a bit his first season.

Power Clean and snaps are the most athletic of strength exercises. DL will always own these over the OL. Sean Rawlings would have been in the top 4 if his arm wasn't broken as would Daronte Bouldin.

A receiver cleaning 340 lbs is hard for me to wrap my mind around

Now if he would apply that strength to locking down some DB's maybe we will be able to run outside.
Need him to get serious about blocking when he's not scoring TD's.
Maybe the fact his hands aren't great, is keeping him from effectively getting his hands on the defender in order to lock him up and drive him to the ground.
Moncreif was an awesome blocker as a receiver. He needs to be that guy.
