Dang. .. He had 174 tackles his senior year. Do walk-on's contribute to team GPA? Seems like most legacies and walk-ons have good grades since their career plans don't involve football.

Werner on Kelly's ability to learn the offense: "It's amazing how quickly he picks this stuff up. I'll sit in the meeting room and go through plays we've had in for three years, and the other guys all know it just like that because we've done it, but it might be the first time he's heard it. I'll have to catch myself and draw it up, and damn he gets it and we move on. Normally, when a guy hasn't heard it, you have to go over it several times. He's been a quick study."

We were also told kincade is gods gift to football and his football iq is off the charts then all we saw from him was a backwards fumble pass

Actually, they have said that Kincade struggled with the playbook and that Buchanan struggled with the physical aspect of the game. That's been the consistent feedback from the coaches the last two seasons.

Correct. Have always heard that Kincade didn't pick up on the playbook very well

The Kincade hype was created by a few things... Elite 11 MVP for breaking down film, called his own plays for big Texas HS, his growth in height, his social media account, and his letter when he committed... Not by anything our coaches have said.

Didn't some coach who coached Cam and Tebow say he was the best QB he'd seen?

He is not the first QB that has done that....in fact just about every QB has had that happen if they take enough snaps. He may not be what he was hyped up to be......but it will have nothing to do with a loss grip of a football on one play. I just thought your correlation to that one play unfair..... but like I said...its all good.

There will be tons of judging in the fall....no doubt.

Well yea if it happened during one of Bo's hundreds of snaps last year whatever, but when you have like 10 snaps on the season that play stands out.

I think Brazely is dead. Tee laid him out on a screen pass.
