I saw someone else put into words that I agreed with.
I'm sick of saying "look where we WERE, though!" Who cares? Those shitty teams reached their shitty potential. This team isn't.
This team can play so so much better than it did this weekend and THAT'S why we're mad. We know what these guys are capable of and Saturday night was just not even close to that potential. If it had been a hard fought battle with a few mistakes, then whatever. I could live with that. Instead, it was an absolute embarrassment and the players and the coaches looked completely inept. They're not. They should have been better prepared.
I still have a sliver of hope they'll bounce back, but their whole mindset is going to have to change.

Personally I think if the coaching staff has failed it is in the next guy on the OL. Still, Bailey, Johnson, Bouldin are all bust and those are the guys that should be providing depth.
We do a great job of getting talented starters but when those guys go down there is a huge drop off in talent.
I'm not sure Luke is the guy making the call on who we go with and push the hardest for in recruiting.

Not melting. But you have to realize. No one knows why we have these shite the bed games. Every fricking year.
All the way back to scoring 10 against Mizzou 3 years ago, to 3 against boise into the 4th, 3 against memphis into the 4th, 0 against arky, 3 against TCU. It happens every year, at least two times. Than we inexpicaby a week later score 45+ on similar opposition.
I don't know if it's lack of developement, lack of mental focus via players or coaches, bad redzone playcalling, no running back worth a shite, I mean frick. It gets old. No one is asking for championships. I expect us to lose a couple but it is HOW WE LOSE, not the fact that we lost, that is so disconcerting.
I feel like it never gets addressed, and it never will. It is frustrating.

We don't know that. This particular variation of the team might suck arse and apparently does.
