Belts really shouldn't ever be used. They do the work that youre erector spinae muscles are supposed to, thus causing that core muscle group to be under-developed. Then one day when your doing something without the belt...pop.
Belts are for the 50 year old grease balls in the gym who wanna make it look like they're working hard.
