I want to say that it was an Alpha Phi Alpha house but I'm not 100% on that.

That's the Sigma Pi house now, and was the DKE house before, well, that whole thing happened

Pretty sure it was Omega Phi Psi when I was there in the early 2000's. There was definitely one there and active when I was on campus, just can't remember who it was. The DKE's came back to campus in like 03ish and were next door to them.
