Certainly military friendly but sales/science experience is pretty paramount.

Ha, hell I am not the one making the decision of who to hire but I do have influence. I also only hold posts against certain posters on here. Having someone in this position directly affects my sales so I figured this would be a good place to see if anyone is qualified.
