What exactly can Matt Luke do when you have one of the best WRs in the country lined up against their 2nd best CB in single coverage and we run HB dive...
But continue on with the usual fire Luke crap. Fall guy every year. Forget we had 38 points scored on us, several turnovers, and horrendous play calling.

Dude that whole game came down to our OL. WHY DID THE HALFBACK DIVE NOT WORK? BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE A frickING CAPABLE OL. Luke was handed Tunsil and Patterson. He has done nothing, not a damn thing, good. There is no defending him. I'm sorry, but you defending him is plain idiotic.
We can't even get one damn yard on 1st and goal from the 1 yard line. Trivia question: What position does that solely fall on?

I haven't put a bunch of research into this or anything, but why is it our OL problems seem to be worse than most any other good team? Seems like just about everybody else is fairly sold up there, and yet our bunch is so broken down already and we've only played 5 games and two of those were against Martin and Fresno. It simply has got to be addressed somehow moving forward, and that includes recruiting, or this will be a reoccurring theme that I'm afraid is a deal killer more often than not against the elites of the conference and the country.

Right. Its also not his fault his starting RT is forced to play LT, his true freshman guard has been thrown to the wolves and had a messed up ankle, his center really shouldn't be playing with his knee messed up, and a RT is playing who he recruited to play G or C.
