Yeah he certainly leaves a lot to be desired, however, given his size/speed ratio as well as his overall frame, the potential is ridiculous

Him playing DT also does not help... he is a 3-4 end all day errday

Marquis Haynes has been disappointing thus far. Sophomore slump.

Late in the 3rd quarter the game was tied and Vandy was driving to take the lead. We got a stop at about the 40, and then Marquis came in and blocked the punt. That play changed the momentum of the game, and we started to pull away.

People need to chill with the Haynes hate.

Every game that guy goes up against our opponents' most athletic player on the Oline.

He makes them work every play.

Am I expressing some favoritism? Yes. Hell, my Fantasy Football team is named "two seven" but Haynes is about to have a breakout game against David Sharpe on Saturday night and quiet some critics.

Noticed in the Vandy game that he was in a 3-point stance quite a bit, I don't think that's his strength. In the second half he rushed standing up a few times and should have gotten two holding calls that I saw. I'm not worried, he'll produce soon.
