No. However I don’t think that Luke needs to lose his job because our defensive coordinator is inadequate.
Luke does also get a portion of the blame, and if the defense doesn’t show signs of improvement, he needs to go too.
Only coach that has looked worth a shite this year is Longo.

It’s on Luke but there’s nothing we can do. We’re backed up into a corner as a program. All we can do is ride out this season with Luke. Alabama is the #1 team in the country and the defending national champion. There’s objectivity to backup some portion of this blowout loss. All we can hope for is a .500 season like last year and rebuild an entirely new program after this year. The NCAA won folks. Don’t let it ruin your weekend though. Props to anyone tuning in for the 2nd half. They will put up

Pretty sure someone mentioned his buyout goes way down at the end of the season. Sure we will wait for that. At some point, we may want to look at a new AD.

We need to shelve Crimedog. Tell him we will let keep the title and office for the rest of the season. Give him a seat in a booth with a fake headset and expect him to show up just to be seen until the end of the season when he will be let go. Give Summerall the duties of game planning and see what he can do.
Also right now we need to start courting Neal from Troy. At least he can assemble a staff that can coach the players he has to give a power 5 teams all they can handle.

I don't blame McGriff that the defense is bad. They are void of talent from the lack of upper class talent. That's directly on Freeze. Who are the star juniors and seniors on this team that he recruited?
Where I do blame McGriff is it doesnt take talent to be a technically sound defense. Meaning guys are always in the right spot just athletically not good enough to make the play. These guys have been lost for 2 years. You continue to have TEs catching wide open touchdowns. How does that happen if you know TE is your responsibility on a given play? The answer is they dont know.
