I think LSU and Aggy have a ton of 35+ year old posters who can barely use the Internet and somehow get on the rant.

It's gotten shitty mainly b/c posters are trying to out troll one another more than the past. It seems more people had a sense of humor or something too. Trolling should be left to certain posters, sorantable, dale denton, crow pie, etc. not some schmuck who is going to throw out some lame tired stereotypical jokes from the 70's and actually think they're clever.
The Rantards are the worst though. they come over from tiger rant and have no lay of the land of SECr and just make you want to kick kittens.

Trolling used to be subtle and witty, by posters that were good at it, now not so much. It has evolved into pointless flaming by a bunch of idiots. Certain fan bases are good at eating their own, something all of them should do more of.

The only reason it's worse is because the volume of posters has gone way up since 2010. The older posters still interact with each other like ye olde days
