I'm not as sold on Michael White like everyone else though
Ole Miss should definitely hire Michael White. Have you been to Louisiana Tech? it's incredible that he has been able to make Tech relevant. Plus White recruits Florida well, so he could probably snag some great talent with a new arena to recruit with.

Bring him home.

Michael White could come in and be the biggest failure. Can't autatically assume he is the best hire. Besides, Kennedy isn't being fired anytime soon.

He should of been fired years ago

You were the very last one to hold out on the keep Nutt train as well.
I will take your opinion with a heavy grain of salt. No offense.

Outside of Jarvis, Andy doesn't really improve players.

All I know is AK is the only OM coach to not have a losing conference record in like 90 years. He is the best we have had by the numbers. He got to the tournent when everyone said that is what he needed to do to keep his job. He did that. Remember everyone wanted Bianco canned as well going into last year.
My point is that he has make OM basketball relevant. He almost always keeps us on the bubble going into the last couple of weeks of the season. Yea this year is a roller coaster but we have a lot of new talent trying to learn to play together. Let's just let it play out and see what the result is at the end of the season. Based on his record, it will be another 20 win season and NIT trip. As OM basketball that is all we can hope for every year and hope to make the dance every 3 or 4 years.
Regardless of what we think he will get next year before anythinh is done about firing him.

No way to say this without sounding like a dick. But no one in the country thinks ole miss basketball is relevant.
Yes I know MSU's program is hot garbage.

Your right. There is a reason that AK is the winning-est coach in our history and our fan base hates him. He gives them a taste of the "good life" and we want more. I'd rather have him than be 4-12 in conference every year.

Well at this point you know what you are getting with him. I would prefer a gamble and try to hope for NCAA tourney appearances.

Just because he is the best we've had doesn't mean that he's the best we can do now.

Marshall Henderson made Ole Miss basketball relevant.

False. AK made the team competitive with Chris Warren and crew.

Relatively competitive by Ole Miss standards. Still no dance

False. Those teams were NIT competitive.
Chris Warren ran around at the top of the key for 15 secs every play then jacked up a 3. He got lucky and beat Kentucky once, that's it.
If anything you could make an argument that Murphy and Reggie were the reason we were actually good the SEC champ year because they could dominate down low when they wanted to. We had no consistent inside presence and that's why we were shite last year.
