If you really believe Colorado state played more competitively than we did you have serious observation issues.

Well they did put up more points then we did so yes. To put up 0 points is just embarrassing no matter who you play.

I agree that being shutout is embarrassing but it has nothing to do with how well someone competed.

Would you say that we competed more than CSU if we had decided to kick those field goals? It's not like we weren't in the position to score we just were very aggressive and played to win instead of playing to not get shutout.

We got shut out because we gambled our points away, not because we couldn't get close enough. We left 9 points on the field because we were being aggressive. We also gave them those 3 points at halftime being aggressive with time outs. So it's embarrasing yes but it's because we knew that was going to be the key to winning. We didn't execute so it looked worse than it was.

Clearly you need to take a look at Justin Worley, then look back at Bro with a different perspective

None of this is Bo s fault. He competed fiery, and between our WR's dropping balls, no time to throw, and tyler siskey knowing our playbook- you get the result.

Exactly. Not to mention it was the first time all year Bama was completely healthy. Their defense was stellar and Freeze made a few dumb calls.

Yeah, it's hard to blame Bo for this loss, but I can certainly blame Freeze. We should have had at least 9 points on the board, but he got greedy, and early on too.

That was the worst I have seen us play since Freeze took over. We should hang our Offensive Coordinator from the tallest tree in Mississippi.

You have really short term memory. You really think we played worse than we did against Texas last year?

How about you slit your wrists then? It would be funny.

I actually would have liked to have seen Barry some last night. They were dropping so many into coverage that a mobile quarterback could have scrambled for days. Bo hesitated way too much and is just not that illusive.

You guys played far better than Colorado State did. Had Ole Miss converted on one of the red zone 4th downs, it would've been a drastically different game. Colorado State was more just meh. This game was hard fought, even though the final score doesn't reflect it.

Nevertheless, I hope you all had a great time and good luck the rest of the way

I posed the question on another site earlier so I'll do it here.

Next season is Bo's job safe or is Kincade talented enough to take his spot? Kincade definitely has a bigger arm, and is faster. Of course Bo has the experience. What do you guys think?

I believe Kincade will get some snaps each game. But I don't think he will fully takeover Bo's job. But I do believe he gets meaningful snaps.

I was just having this discussion with a couple friends. I really think he could push Bo. It's very much a Russell/Prescott situation
