Is killing it.

Blue Jays OF prospect Anthony Alford has hit .371 with 15 runs scored during his 16-game hitting streak for High-A Dunedin.

Alford has reached base safely in all 17 games for Dunedin since getting called up from Low-A Lansing in late June. The former third-round pick doesn't hit for much power (just two homers in 67 games) but he makes up for it by stealing bases(18 steals out of 21 attempts).

Good for him. Saw his interviews and it seems he was really torn up about leaving Ole Miss, but the kid clearly made the smart decision.

Probably the first time in his life he has been able to fully focus on one sport.

Senquez made the right choice as well even though his came with more criticism initially.
